Terms of Service

You agree not to use our services for illegal purposes, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to transmit harmful content.

You may not use Bhashavox to:

• Create deepfakes or impersonate real individuals without explicit consent
• Generate translations that violate third-party intellectual property rights
• Re-sell or resell API or platform output as your own standalone translation service without authorization
• Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorized API or account access
• Upload or process content depicting minors in harmful or exploitative contexts
• Harass, defraud, or engage in unlawful surveillance through our Services

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the plan you select.

• Monthly plans: May be cancelled at any time. No partial-month refunds are issued after a billing period starts.
• Annual plans: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for unused portions only, subject to our review.
• Tokens: Token-based plans do not carry unused tokens between billing periods unless a written plan explicitly says otherwise.
• Enterprise: Custom payment and refund terms may apply under a separate agreement.

Bhashavox is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Bhashavox for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Translations, voice clones, subtitles, and other outputs generated by Bhashavox are produced with AI systems and may contain errors or omissions.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Bhashavox translations and AI outputs should not be used as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions without independent human verification by a qualified professional.

Enterprise customers that require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for GDPR or other data-protection compliance may request one by contacting legal@bhashavox.com.

Our processing of personal data is further described in our Privacy Policy. Where a signed DPA conflicts with these Terms regarding processing of personal data, the DPA controls for that subject matter.
