CCPA Notice

This California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Notice applies to California residents who use Bhashavox website, applications, or services. It explains the categories of personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under California law.

This notice is provided in addition to our Privacy Policy.

In the past 12 months we may have collected the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers — name, email address, account ID, IP address.
• Customer records — billing information, subscription details.
• Commercial information — purchase history, plan usage.
• Internet or network activity — browsing history on our Services, feature interactions, logs.
• Audio, visual, or similar information — voice recordings, video, images, and documents you submit for translation or related features.
• Inferences — preferences derived from your use of the Services (e.g. language settings).

We collect personal information directly from you, automatically when you use the Services, and from payment processors or service providers acting on our behalf.

• Your name and email associated with your Bhashavox account
• The right you wish to exercise
• Enough information for us to verify your identity

We will respond within 45 days as required by law, or inform you if an extension is needed. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law.
