BhaShaVox is an online software service. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved.

Everything you buy, subscription plans and token packs, is delivered digitally to your BhaShaVox account.

• Your plan is activated and tokens are added to your account immediately after your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
• You receive a payment confirmation and a GST invoice by email at the address on your account.
• You can check your plan and token balance at any time in Billing inside the app.

Translations, voice audio, subtitles and videos you create are delivered inside the app, where you can view and download them. Most results are ready within seconds to a few minutes; long audio or video files can take longer, and the app shows the progress.

If your plan or tokens do not appear within 1 hour of a successful payment, email support@bhashavox.com with your payment ID. We will add them to your account or refund you in full, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Because the service is digital, there are no returns or exchanges. You can change to a different plan at any time from Billing; see our Terms of Service for how plan changes affect your tokens and billing date.
