This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for BhaShaVox, a digital translation and voice service operated by BHASHAVOX PRIVATE LIMITED. It forms part of our Terms of Service; if the two ever differ, the Terms of Service apply.

Everything we sell is delivered online: subscription plans and token packs that you use inside the BhaShaVox app. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

• You can cancel a monthly plan (Starter, Pro or Enterprise) at any time from Billing in your account, or by emailing support@bhashavox.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access and your remaining tokens until then, and you will not be charged again.
• Annual plans can also be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the current annual term.
• Unused subscription tokens do not roll over after the plan ends.

We refund the full amount when:

• you were charged twice for the same purchase;
• you were charged in error, for example for a plan you did not select;
• money left your account but the plan or tokens were never added to your account and we cannot fix it.

For annual plans, a refund for the unused remainder of the term may be offered case by case.

• Partial-month refunds are not issued once a billing period has started.
• Tokens that have already been used are not refundable.
• Pay-As-You-Go token packs and unused PAYG tokens are not refundable. PAYG tokens never expire, so you can use them later.
• The free trial is free, so there is nothing to refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

1. Email support@bhashavox.com within 30 days of the charge, from the email address on your BhaShaVox account.
2. Include the payment ID or invoice number (shown on your invoice email and in Billing) and a short description of the problem.
3. We reply within 2 working days.

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement. International card refunds are returned in the currency you paid in; the amount you receive may differ slightly because of exchange rates set by your bank.

Once a refund is issued, the related plan or tokens are removed from your account.

For Enterprise customers with a separate written agreement, the payment and refund terms in that agreement apply.
