Sub-processors

We engage the following providers to process personal data for the purposes described. Processing regions may include the primary operating locations of each provider and, where configured, India (for example GCP Mumbai).

• Groq, Inc. — AI inference for translation and related language features. Region: United States (and other GroqCloud regions as available).
• Google LLC (Gemini API) — AI inference for selected language and content features. Region: Google Cloud / Gemini API regions under our project configuration. We use commercial API access so customer content is not used to train public Google models under paid Gemini API terms.
• Google LLC (Firebase) — authentication and related account services. Region: Firebase project region.
• Google Cloud Platform — application hosting, compute, and related infrastructure where deployed. Region: primarily India (Mumbai) when configured as described in our deployment architecture.
• MongoDB Atlas (MongoDB, Inc.) — managed database hosting for application data. Region: the Atlas cluster region configured for our environment.
• Razorpay — payment processing for subscriptions and purchases. Region: India. Card details are handled by Razorpay; we do not store full card numbers.
• Transactional email (SMTP) — delivery of account, billing, acknowledgement, and support emails via our configured SMTP provider. Region: depends on the SMTP host in use.
• Amazon Web Services (optional) — object storage for voice models or archives when S3 storage is enabled. Region: the configured AWS region.

Providers may use further infrastructure sub-processors of their own under their own terms and DPAs.

We will update this page when we add or replace a material sub-processor. Enterprise customers under a Data Processing Agreement receive advance notice of material changes as stated in that agreement. For questions, email privacy@bhashavox.com.
